Vila Prea thrives to maintain the high standard it set in 2005 when it opened. Every year, new dishes are created using fresh seafood, organic produce from the property or certified “Organic” greens, Ocean shrimp (vs farmed shrimp), homemade breads & cakes and in some cases, imported items such as Portuguese Olive oil or Dijon mustard.
