As North Florida Community College begins its fall term and embarks on celebrating its 60th anniversary, I find myself thinking of NFCC’s inaugural class. I imagine the immense pride that those 219 students felt walking into their first class at then North Florida Junior College on September 4, 1958, full of dreams and plans for the future. I think of how the College administration, faculty and staff must have felt, after months and months of hard work, to see such a large dream realized. Еще
