Rural Leader Magazine recognizes exemplary individuals for outstanding academic achievement. This is the inaugural edition of Scholars of Collegiate Distinction. The SCD Honorees represent the rich talent, skill, and vast knowledge that can be found in small town America. Our mission is to uplift and to encourage individuals from small communties globally to stive continually for excellence. It is further important to encourage both the young and old that what they do each day matters.
