While I don't believe that all managers in organizations intend to be secretive, it's all about perception. So when someone is not able to give an employee a straight answer and waffles, the perception is that there are secrets w/in the organization and that results in a lack of trust. I'm not an advocate of total transparency but I do believe that all employees have a right to know what is required of them to earn rewards. Mehr anzeigen
