Operation Smile Louisville (OPSL) is a University of Louisville student organization and official chapter of Operation Smile. We are devoted to raising money for children born with cleft lip/palate and providing them with a surgery to correct the condition. The "What Makes You Smile?" art contest is an annual fundraiser that features drawings of JCPS elementary students.
