Bishop's Stortford Carnival Programme 2017

The Bishop's Stortford Carnival is a huge community event. Just about everyone get's involved in the Bishop's Stortford Carnival! The event attracts over 20,000 people to the main events field. Lots of local community groups from all over the CM23 area take part.
