Sandra Vincent, is a woman on the move for the Kingdom. With a heart for God she diligently serves her community through her various skill sets. Sandra is a mother, government official, county employee for a national federal program, grant writer, script writer, advocate for the arts, social justice, those living with HIV, along with a number of other causes. One of her most recent artistic ventures is the creation of "Mama Christmas", a holiday character which embodies the love and magic. More
