The second issue of the magazine of the European Observatory on Memories focuses on one of the most burning issues related to the past surrounding us: the memory of the perpetrators and their legacies. The 90 pages' publication introduces two new sessions - Expert's view and Europe insight - with the aim of deepening in the contemporary dilemmas that surround the political memory of nostalgia, the negative commemoration and the need to reflect on democratic pedagogy at the time of intervention.
