The dog days of the Summer are here & I wanted to take this opportunity to remind everyone about a few safety tips. We are all spending a lot more time in the outdoor elements and it is very important to stay hydrated & cool. If you or someone around you is experiencing signs of Heat Exhaustion (Dizziness, Thirst, Heavy Sweating, Nausea, or Weakness), get them to a cooler area, loosen clothing, sip cool water, and seek medical help if symptoms don’t improve.
