After a year of writing for this class, I have learned that telling a story is no easy task. It is as difficult as painting a portrait or solving a math problem. It a process of creating a scene with characters and a plot. It takes a lot of revision to perfect the flow of the piece and to catch all the mistakes. To cut the extra parts and to include ones that will help the reader understand.
I am a person that chooses to invent a story rather than writing one that has already happened. I prefer fiction because I believe that it is so much more interesting, more intriguing and exciting that real life.
