Although the gospels mention the word “church” only a few times, beginning in the Acts of the Apostles, the New Testament is filled with repeated stories of the first century church, along with instructions on what it means to be the church. This study will highlight some of the most important lessons of the early church and challenge us to apply those lessons today.
