Nearly everyone would say no to this question, but in reality, we may need to reconsider. We are seemingly living in failing environments: we experience a lack in service delivery and have little innovation to inspire where it is needed most. Now although we may consider ourselves to be lateral thinkers, most of us think about the here and now because this is all we know or have been taught.
