The trainings, structured around French excellence and know-how, are aimed at skill enhancement and sharing of experience with a group of up to 50 persons over a period of 4 days. These short classes constitute a creative time whereby the SAF expert-trainer conducts demonstrations for trainees who are themselves professionals in the field.
In some classes, competitions will be organised whereby a ''tablier rouge'' will be awarded to the winner.
