The one major thing Bruce learned over the years regarding sales is to respect both the buyer and the seller and to be honest and forthright with both parties involved. Bruce strongly feels that if all of the cards are on the table (face up), then no one gets hurt and everyone leaves the closing table happy and less stressed.
