About Us … The 5th Annual Houston Black Heritage Music & Arts Festival (HBHMAF) is a multi-day cultural experience that promotes diversity and cultural sensitivity filled with performances, art, guest speakers, exhibits, poets, crafts people and world-renown musical entertainers. The 5th Annual Festival will take place surrounding with different events August 3, 2019 inside the George R. Brown Convention Center and is expected to draw over 50,000+ participants.
