We have all been craving the normality of life. Maybe, finally, we are starting to see just a little bit of that. We recently saw the grand opening of the Lake Cumberland Farmers Market — the latest jewel in the City of Somerset’s push for a rejuvenated downtown area. Somerset Mayor Alan Keck, Somerset Community Development Specialist Joy Carroll and everyone at the City of Somerset who helped bring this project to fruition — during a pandemic no less— deserve a big “thanks” from all of us.
