First edition of the magazine contains content on mental health first aid, a story about recovery from alcohol abuse and bpd, look at how social media is used in metal health plus an editorial.
This edition was a pilot and only contains articles written by Holly McCormack. Future editions will contain articles from a range of people with lived experience of mental illness.
