This fifth issue of the Caribbean Creatives, sponsored by the World Trade Organization (WTO) Chair, UWI, delves into the largely uncharted area of creative industries and innovation policy. Innovation policy has principally been focused on sectors like manufacturing and the agricultural sector. It is only in recent years that there has been a focus on the services sector.
