The start of a New Year for me is always a major point of reflection and
an important time to set new goals. I hope all of you had a fantastic
year in 2009 and were able to achieve some, if not all, of your goals for
the year. 2009 will always be remembered as the Global Financial Crisis
(GFC) that unfortunately is still carrying on into 2010, especially in the
