Hyoscine N-butyl bromide (HNBB), also termed as scopolamine, is a type of anti-muscarinic agent. It is an active ingredient of Hyoscine Butylbromide, Buscopan, and hyospasmol. It is an anti-spasmodic drug used to treat conditions related to spasms of the gastrointestinal tract, like cramping. It is also used in combination with the other drugs to release painful menstruation. It is anti-secretory and acts as a muscle relaxant and does not cross the blood brain-barrier. 更多
