Stem Cell, which holds the potential of new cell-based therapies to treat critical therapeutic environments, must be efficiently deposited till it's time to use them. The storage of stem cell is termed as cryopreservation. In the cryopreservation technique, the stem cells are freezed at the temperatures below 150℃, by immersing them in nitrogen vapor.
