This month we celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week from Monday, May 3 through Friday, May 7. The
pandemic shifted an entire profession to provide a different model and mode of schooling. Due to a host of
unforeseen variables, this pivot was especially challenging; nevertheless, the professional educators at JFK
