Racial Profiling Reports

On September 1, 2001, Texas law mandated police agencies to begin collecting certain data in connection with pedestrian and traffic stops. These reports are submitted to the City of Arlington local governing body and the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement as required by the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure.
